By purchasing and downloading any digital product, you agree to the following terms.

1. License & Permitted Use

All digital products sold on this website are licensed for personal use only.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

  • Use digital stickers in your personal digital planner apps (e.g., Goodnotes, Notability, etc.)
  • Use digital artwork as personal wallpapers on your phone, tablet, or computer
  • Print coloring pages or artwork for your own personal use
  • Use digital planners for personal organization

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files in any format (digital or printed)
  • Share files with friends, family, or online communities
  • Upload the files to any website, cloud storage, marketplace, or file-sharing platform
  • Modify, edit, or alter the designs and claim them as your own
  • Use the designs for commercial purposes
  • Incorporate the designs into products for sale (physical or digital)
  • Use the artwork for print-on-demand services or merchandise
  • Claim the artwork or designs as your own intellectual property
  • Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright ownership.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, digital stickers, planners, coloring pages, and wallpapers are the intellectual property of DaniLesmes Studio and are protected by copyright law.

All rights are reserved.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.

4. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided.

5. File Access & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software and knowledge to use digital products before purchasing.
